The Process

My aim is to provide a service that is convenient and easy to understand for my clients, delivering outcomes that are in line with their objectives.

After contacting Step Up Finance you will be emailed a link which enables you to provide the necessary information for an assessment. This can be completed in the comfort of your home or office at a time that suits you.

The loan assessment is then completed and you will be provided with a Funding Position, Borrowing Capacity and Lender/Loan Comparison.

These documents will be discussed with you in detail, either in person or via phone/email/zoom, to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of your options.

Once a loan product that suits your requirements is selected the loan application is submitted by Step Up Finance to the lender of choice, and followed through to settlement, keeping you up to date of progress at every stage.

Note that supporting documents will need to be provided (eg proof of ID, Income, Assets & Liabilities) at the assessment stage in order to establish an accurate analysis and to satisfy compliance regulations. In most instances this can be done electronically, keeping the process simple and convenient.

THERE IS NO CHARGE TO CLIENTS FOR MY SERVICES FOR RESIDENTIAL / CONSUMER LOANS - STEP UP FINANCE RECEIVES A COMMISSION FROM THE LENDER FOR ANY SETTLED LOAN AND DETAILS ARE FULLY DISCLOSED IN COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS
